  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address. Account information used to create or manage access to programs, courses, communities, or member areas.
  • Consultation and scheduling information, including the date and time of an appointment and information you include when booking.
  • Transaction information, such as the program or service purchased, price, billing status, and payment history. Payment card details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by me.
  • Communications, including questions, form responses, testimonials, survey responses, and correspondence with me or my authorized service providers.
  • Program and mentoring information, including goals, preferences, progress, and information needed to provide the service you request.

Health and Wellness Information

Some programs and mentoring conversations may relate to health, wellness, stress, habits, or personal experiences. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through a general website or contact form. If particular information is reasonably needed for a service, I will request it through an appropriate process and use it only for the stated purpose. My services do not replace medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or other licensed professional services.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the website, Kajabi and other service providers that support the website may automatically receive technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, and information about how the site functions on your device. This information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How I Use Personal Information

I may use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and member experience.
  • Respond to questions and requests. Process interest forms, consultation bookings, registrations, purchases, and account access.
  • Deliver mentoring, educational content, programs, experiences, community access, and customer support.
  • Send transactional messages, confirmations, reminders, and service updates.
  • Send newsletters or promotional messages when permitted by law and honor unsubscribe requests.

  • Kajabi, which hosts the website and supports forms, email, products, member access, customer records, and related business functions.
  • Calendly, when you use the scheduling service to book a consultation or appointment.
  • Payment processors and financial service providers used to process purchases and prevent fraud.
  • Contractors and professional advisers who assist with website administration, customer support, accounting, insurance, legal services, or other business operations and who are expected to protect the information they receive.
  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • I do not currently sell personal information for money. I also do not currently share personal information for cross- context behavioral advertising.
  • If these practices change, I will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Kajabi uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the website, support security, maintain sessions, process checkouts, remember settings, and provide member access. At present, I do not intentionally use advertising pixels or non-essential advertising cookies on the website. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies are added, the cookie disclosures and consent controls will be updated as required. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the nature and duration of our relationship, operational needs, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement of agreements. These can include rights to know, access, correct, and delete certain personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because I do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, I do not currently offer a separate sale or sharing opt-out. Children

The website and services described by this policy are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. Programs intended for minors, if offered in the future, will use an appropriate parent or guardian consent and privacy process.
