Your client portal will be where you can access important program information and resources throughout your mentoring journey.

Please review the 16-Week Mentoring Service Agreement carefully.

Once you have reviewed the agreement, please sign and return it to me as instructed.

Please complete the Client Intake Form before our mentoring program begins.

This information will help me better understand your goals, priorities, challenges, and what you'd like to accomplish during our 16 weeks together.

Once you have:

✓ Signed the Service Agreement
✓ Completed the Client Intake Form

Please send the completed documents back to me.

Your mentoring program will officially begin once the required onboarding steps have been completed.

Once I receive your completed agreement and intake form, I'll review everything and provide you with the next steps for your mentoring journey.

You'll then be ready to begin your 16 weeks of personalized mentoring, guidance, and support.
